Refund Policy

As a Matter Of Course, accounts are billed on a onthlym basis and is non-refundable once paid.  However, if you would like to cancel your services (within the 30-day period), submit a ticket detailing the issue for review.  Each account will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

However, if a refund is approved, it will be issued within 2 working days minus the costs associated with setup fees and other administrative costs along with the costs of other tasks already performed.

You will also receive an itemized list detailing where the monies were appropriated for your records.

Please contact your bank for the date the money will be available to you as banks have their own established processing periods.

Note: Should you wish to cancel your Monthly Service, the total cost will be divided by the number of days you’ve utilized services along with other considerations.

Stiggers Virtual Assisting Services bills its customers in advance at the beginning of each month based on the appropriate plan that the customer has subscribed to.

  1. Refunds on cancellation / downgrades will be entertained only if the client has served the due notice period for cancellation / downgrades.  All cancellation and downgrade requests require a 30-day notice period.
  2. Refunds on non-usage of plan hours by the customer are not permitted. Only Rollovers are permitted as per the terms and condition of the plan (up to 5 hours). Any remaining hours will be forfeited.
  3. In the event of a deficiency in service, Stiggers Virtual Assisting Services will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem and rework on the task / assignment / project and deliver it back to the customer. Refunds due to a deficiency in service will be provided only in terms of additional hours of service on a pro-rata basis as per plan.
