You can use the same admin area to export your contacts for email management and also to update your address or payment information.

What Happens After I Sign Up?

After signing up for a service, you will be contacted within 12 to 24 hours. Upon acceptance of services, an agreement will be formed. Services will begin on the agreed upon date.

Is There a Minimum Commitment Required?

As I cater primarily to entrepreneurs who require maximum flexibility, I keep monthly minimum commitment very low, at 10 hours/month. That’s just over 2 hours per week. We know that a client’s needs fluctuate and some months are busier than others and I am happy to accommodate this. When you have a busy season (gearing up for a major event, launching a new website) your hours will increase. When you’re on vacation or hitting your slow season (May/June for tax accountants, for example) your hours will decrease. There is never pressure to outsource more work than is advantageous to you.

Do You Accept PayPal?

Yes, Paypal is accepted as an accompaniment to invoicing.

What Is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant (VA) can handle many of the everyday clerical, scheduling, and technical aspects that keep your business operating smoothly. Virtual assistants workremotely from their own location, hence the name “virtual,” and can be based in your city or on the other side of the world.
